NISEKO
Niseko, located on the Northern Island of Hokaido is known for its abundance of
dry powder snow. It has some of the most consistent and biggest snowfalls in Japan
as it receives Siberian storm systems from Russia that dump straight onto Niseko.
The resort itself is made up of 3 separate areas, all interlinked by way of a shared
lift system: Annupuri, Hirafu and Higashiyama make up the mountain of Niseko. As Niseko
is the most popular ski resort in Japan for Australians there are many bars and
nightlife options to keep you occupied.
